Becky is the founder of Win With Becky Sales Training and has worked with hundreds of Individuals and companies since launching her business in October 2022.

Becky has built numerous businesses selling products, services, B2B, B2C, and leading and mentoring 100's in the salespeople in the process. Becky's passion is helping both struggling and striving sales professionals not only to fall in love with their business, but also create a marketable skillset and increase effectiveness in sales.

Becky has led multiple sales organizations and along the way have received awards and achievements, such as Rookie of the Year, Top Salesperson of the year, Team Leader, Sales Manager, won numerous sales incentive trips, earned 6 free cars, and Top Recruiter along the way!

The most impactful time was spent at The Dale Carnegie Sales course! Becky first went through the course as a student and ranked 2nd and was asked back as a Graduate Assistant to help train. Becky spent 6 months, in person once a week... studying and teaching this course.

Becky has also trained through The John Maxwell Leadership Academy, and training with Darren Hardy.

Over the past 20 years Becky has led and trained thousands of individuals and is most passionate about passing on tactical, practical skills that work.
